MOBILE TICKET DELIVERY

FROM YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL

1. Open the Order Confirmation email on the mobile device you wish to store your tickets.

 

2. Scroll to the bottom of the email to see your tickets and click “Add to Apple Wallet”

3. Your default web browser will open. We recommend using either Safari or Google Chrome for best results.

4. Within the web browser your tickets will open

5. Click “Add” in the upper right hand corner to add to your Apple Wallet.

(Note: you will have to repeat steps 2 thru 5 to add each ticket)

6. Open the Apple Wallet App (Please note: If you have any Debit or Credit Cards within your Wallet App, those will appear first. Scroll down to find your tickets. The Playhouse Square Logo and the date and time of your show will be visible).

7. If you have multiple tickets, swipe right to reveal the other tickets. Each barcode will need to be scanned.

 

If you are unable to locate your ticket confirmation email, you can always find your tickets in your Playhouse Square online account.

1. Go to playhousesquare.org on your Safari or Chrome browser on your mobile device.

2. Tap the menu button in the top left corner and log in to your Playhouse Square account.

3. Once logged in, tap the menu button in the top left corner and tap "My Account."

4. Tap "Events and Tickets" to see all of your upcoming shows by month.

5. Find your desired month show by selecting the month and expanding the section. 

6. There you will see your show information and the "Add to Apple Wallet" icon. 
Click “Add” in the upper right-hand corner to add to your Apple Wallet.

(Note: you will have to repeat steps 6 to add each ticket)

7. Open the Apple Wallet App (Please note: If you have any Debit or Credit Cards within your Wallet App, those will appear first. Scroll down to find your tickets. The Playhouse Square Logo and the date and time of your show will be visible).

To add your tickets to an Android mobile device, you will first need the Yourwallet app from the Google Play store.

1. Download the Yourwallet app before attempting to download the tickets.

2. Open the Order Confirmation email on your mobile device.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the email and tap  “Add to Apple Wallet."

4. Your default web browser will open.

5. Tap open, and the ticket will be downloaded to your device.

(Note: You will need to repeat steps 3 - 5 for each ticket)

6. If you have more than one ticket, each ticket will download with the same name. Your device will ask “Do you want to download again?” Select “Download." The additional ticket will be added to your account (repeat as necessary).

8. You will then be taken to your device's downloads, where you can tap on the ticket you wish to add to your wallet.

9. Tap the ticket to add to your wallet and tap "add to wallet."

9. Ticket will be added to the Yourwallet app.

10. Each ticket will download with the same name. If you have more than one ticket, your device will ask “Do you want to download again?” Select “Download." The additional ticket will be added to your account (repeat as necessary).

11. Each ticket will open in your browser, where you can tap "add to wallet."

12. If you have multiple tickets, swipe right to reveal the other tickets. Each barcode will need to be scanned.

No problem! Playhouse Square digital tickets can be downloaded on both Apple and Android devices. Simply download the Yourwallet app on your Android phone and then click the "Add to Apple Wallet button" to proceed with downloading your tickets. The icon below still functions the same way for Android phones as it would for Apple phones.

Please check the following:

• Make sure your account has the correct email address.
• Check your junk or spam mail folder.
• Make sure that your spam filter and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
• Be sure to add our email address, tickets@playhousesquare.org, to your list of trusted email addresses.

No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

No problem! Upon your arrival to the theater, you can come to the Playhouse Square Box Office, present a photo ID and we will be able to print your tickets.
