I received my Les Misérables tickets, when can I expect the remainder of my package?

Due to a scheduling change with the production, you received your LES MIS tickets early. You will receive the remainder of your season tickets in October 2022.

HAMILTON will be coming in December 2022, will that be a Swap-A-Show® option?

Sorry, HAMILTON is not a Swap-A-Show® option. 

What are my Swap-A-Show® options for the 2022-2023 KeyBank Broadway Series?

Currently your Swap-A-Show® options include swapping within your KeyBank Broadway Series season ticket package, meaning that you may decide to forgo your tickets to one show on series for extra tickets to another on series. You may also swap into one of our Huntington Bank Featured Performances, which will be RIVERDANCE, ALADDIN, DEAR EVAN HANSEN or COME FROM AWAY. If you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.

What is the difference between the Swap-A-Show® and Exchange benefits?

Great question! The exchange benefit allows you to exchange your tickets from one performance date to another during the run of a show. This benefit is unlimited and free for season ticket holders ($25 per exchange savings), but exchange requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.

Swap-A-Show® is a one time-only benefit in the event you have already seen a show or do not wish to attend a particular performance. You can trade in your tickets from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show, or one of our Huntington Bank Featured Performances. This benefit expires on December 31, 2022.

In both cases, if you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.

When can I swap a show or exchange my tickets?

You can use both of these benefits when your season tickets arrive in the mail in October 2022. 

Does the season ticket payment plan have a fee?

No! The payment plan is a free benefit to all season ticket holders. 

Did the KeyBank Broadway Series increase in price this year?

Actually, the difference you will notice is because the series has returned to its traditional seven show lineup. During the pandemic, the series was reduced to five shows. 

Why should I select to Auto Renew my season tickets?

Enrolling in auto-renewal means you'll never have to ask yourself if you remembered to keep your seats for the coming year. Season Ticket Holders can ensure their Broadway in CLE experience never expires with our most convenient benefit ever.
