When can I renew my tickets for the next season?

We're excited to reveal the 2024-25 KeyBank Broadway Series on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, starting at 7:30 p.m. You will be able to renew your seats in your online account starting at this time. Act fast; the renewal deadline will be Friday, May 17. You must renew your current seats to be eligible for relocation for the upcoming season.

How can I change my seat location next season? Is that possible?

Yes! It is possible to relocate your seats, but you must renew your current season ticket package first in order to become eligible for a seating relocation appointment. During the renewal process, you will be prompted to request a change in location. Seating relocation will begin in early summer. 

How do I find my performance dates in my online account?

Once you are successfully logged in, you'll find yourself at the homepage of your account.

Click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the screen to access your details.

To view the dates of your upcoming season, click the "Events and Tickets" tab on the left side of your screen.

How can I reset the password to my online account?

If you are unsure of your log in information (email address and password), click here and enter the email address associated with your Playhouse Square season ticket account.

Remember, you may have a home and work email, so look back to an old email you have received from us and see which address it was sent to.

After that, check your inbox for an email from ticketoffice@playhousesquare.org with your temporary password.

From there, you can log in with your temporary password and create a new permanent password. Make sure to write your new password down where you can find it later.

How do I exchange my season tickets online?

Does the season ticket payment plan have a fee?

No! The payment plan is a free benefit to all season ticket holders. 

How do I update my credit card information for my payment plan?

Please call your Season Ticket Services team to update your payment plan. We're available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. by calling 216-329-0254.

What is the difference between the Swap-A-Show® and Exchange benefits?

Great question! The exchange benefit allows you to exchange your tickets from one performance date to another during the run of a show. This benefit is unlimited and free for season ticket holders ($25 per exchange savings), but exchange requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.

Swap-A-Show® is a one time-only benefit in the event you have already seen a show or do not wish to attend a particular performance. You can trade in your tickets from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show, or one of our Huntington Bank Featured Performances.

In both cases, if you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.

Why is Playhouse Square switching to mobile tickets?

A shift to mobile ticket delivery will provide the most flexible way to receive and manage your Playhouse Square Tickets.

Mobile ticketing allows for: 

  • Quick and easy entry into Playhouse Square using your mobile device
  • Access to all your tickets on your mobile device

  • The ability to view or share your tickets at any time

  • Reduced worry about leaving your tickets at home

  • More sustainable practices and less paper waste

It's the weekend and something's come up, can anybody help me?

If you have tickets for an upcoming weekend performance and need assistance on Saturday or Sunday, please fill out this form.
