What are my Swap-A-Show® options for the 2023-2024 KeyBank Broadway Series?

Your 23-24 Broadway Season Swap-A-Show® options will include swapping within your KeyBank Broadway Series season ticket package, or swap into one of our Huntington Bank Featured Performances, which will be BOOK OF MORMON, HAIRSPRAY, MAMMA MIA!, ANNIE or STOMP. If you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.

Please note that COMPANY will not be eligible for Swap-A-Show®.


What is the difference between the Swap-A-Show® and Exchange benefits?

Great question! The exchange benefit allows you to exchange your tickets from one performance date to another during the run of a show. This benefit is unlimited and free for season ticket holders ($25 per exchange savings), but exchange requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.

Swap-A-Show® is a one time-only benefit in the event you have already seen a show or do not wish to attend a particular performance. You can trade in your tickets from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show, or one of our Huntington Bank Featured Performances. This benefit expires on December 31, 2022.

In both cases, if you choose to move into a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference.

When will I receive my 2023-2024 KeyBank Broadway Series season tickets?

We are pleased to announce that all of your 2023–24 KeyBank Broadway Series season tickets and pre-paid parking passes will be mobile only. They will be available for download in your online account during the week of August 28.

Why is Playhouse Square switching to mobile tickets?

A shift to mobile ticket delivery will provide the most flexible way to receive and manage your Playhouse Square Tickets.

Mobile ticketing allows for: 

  • Quick and easy entry into Playhouse Square using your mobile device
  • Access to all your tickets on your mobile device

  • The ability to view or share your tickets at any time

  • Reduced worry about leaving your tickets at home

  • More sustainable practices and less paper waste

How can I reset the password to my online account?

If you are unsure of your log in information (email address and password), click here and enter the email address associated with your Playhouse Square season ticket account.

Remember, you may have a home and work email, so look back to an old email you have received from us and see which address it was sent to.


After that, check your inbox for an email from with your temporary password.


From there, you can log in with your temporary password and create a new permanent password. Make sure to write your new password down where you can find it later. 



How do I find my performance dates in my online account?

Once you are successfully logged in, you'll find yourself at the homepage of your account.

Click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the screen to access your details.

How do I exchange my season tickets online?

Why should I Auto Renew my season tickets?

Ensure that your Broadway in CLE experience never expires with our most convenient benefit ever!

Auto-renewal means you'll never have to ask yourself if you remembered to keep your seats for the coming year. You'll also gain priority access to relocate your seats if you wish to make a change. Need to move your seats, change your day of the week or add additional seats? Get quicker access to make these changes when your account is set to auto-renew.

Does the season ticket payment plan have a fee?

No! The payment plan is a free benefit to all season ticket holders. 

How do I update my credit card information for my payment plan?

Please call your Season Ticket Services team to update your payment plan. We're available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. by calling 216-664-6050.

It's the weekend and something's come up, can anybody help me?

If you have tickets for an upcoming weekend performance and need assistance on Saturday or Sunday, please fill out this form.
