8 Perfect Princess Performances 👑

Yup, it’s National Princess Day! To celebrate, we’re taking a walk down memory lane of Broadway princesses past and present. Check out these positively perfect performances from some of our favorite Broadway princesses. ðŸ‘‘

Princess Anastasia

Christy Altomare, Anastasia from the Original Broadway Cast, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the film by performing "Journey to the Past" on the Broadway stage. Chills!

Princess Fiona

Sutton Foster (Princess Fiona) is sick of waiting in a tower for her prince to come! Little does she know, her prince is an Ogre named Shrek. Take a look at this 2008 clip from the Today Show as Sutton and her younger counterparts perform “I Know It’s Today” live from Fiona’s Tower!

Princess Anna and Queen Elsa

We love a new royal duo! Before Frozen closed on Broadway, Ciara Renée (Elsa) and McKenzie Kurtz (Anna) performed a new song from the musical titled “I Can’t Lose You” on Live with Kelly and Ryan.

Princess Jasmine

Courtney Reed (Princess Jasmine) and Adam Jacobs (Aladdin) from the Original Broadway cast of Aladdin take you on a magic carpet ride through rehearsals and backstage the New Amsterdam Theatre as they perform “A Whole New World”.

Princess Cinderella

Laura Osnes (Cinderella) proves that impossible things happen everyday in the Original Broadway cast’s performance at the Tony Awards. Between the quick costume changes, the horse and carriage, and Laura’s incredible chemistry with Santino Fontana (Prince Topher), it’s safe to say we’re swooning.

Princess Aida

Heather Headley shines as Aida, princess of Nubia as she performs “The Gods Love Nubia” with the original Broadway cast on the Rosie O'Donnell Show.

Princess Belle
