The original balcony of the Allen Theatre, the Upper Allen can be reached through the Allen Theatre lobby. The entrances to the lobby are on Euclid Avenue and off the KeyBank Concourse connecting the Playhouse Square garage to the theaters. The Upper Allen holds 750 guests. Concessions usually are not sold for events in this space. Restrooms are located on the Upper Allen level. Changing stations can be found in the men’s and women’s restrooms. Elevator access to the Upper Allen is available.
