MEAN GIRLS DAY TICKET GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

• Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Playhouse Square, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form found https://app.playhousesquare.org/LP=107  between September 21 and September 22.
• Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to see MEAN GIRLS at Playhouse Square on October 29 at 7:30 p.m.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 23.
• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

• By entering the contest, participants agree that Playhouse Square may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Playhouse Square reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Playhouse Square from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

• Any applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The contest is governed by the laws of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Cleveland, Ohio.
